RIMS introduces Jeevan Pramaan facility for pensioners

The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal has announced the introduction of Jeevan Pramaan facility for all its pensioners, marking an important step toward improving convenience and accessibility in pension-related services.
Jeevan Pramaan is a Government of India–supported digital initiative that enables pensioners to submit their Digital Life Certificate (DLC) through the Jeevan Pramaan mobile application from the comfort of their homes.
With the launch of this facility at RIMS, pensioners will no longer need to visit the institute in person to submit their annual Life Certificate.
RIMS encourages all its pensioners to avail themselves of this facility and transition to the digital mode of Life Certificate submission. Support staff at the RIMS Pension Section will also be available to guide pensioners who may need assistance in using the Jeevan Pramaan system for the first time, said the institution.
The institute remains committed to enhancing transparency, efficiency, and pensioner-centric services through continued adoption of digital platforms, it said.
