Manipur register two wins in 49th Junior Boys’ National Volleyball C’ship

IMPHAL, Dec 17 : Manipur lads registered two back to back league round wins in the 49th Junior National Volleyball Championship being underway in Pilani, Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan under the auspices of Volleybal Federation of India.
Manipur kickstated their Group (A) campaign with a straight sets (25-22, 25-18, 25-21) win over Andhra Pradesh in a highly competitive match before getting better of spirited Chhattisgarh (25-19, 25-23, 25-21) in the second match.
Manipur will play Chandigarh in the next match of the league stage competition.
