Waikhom Jiten elected as new president of AMSTA

IMPHAL, Dec 20 : Waikhom Jiten has been elected as the new president of the All Manipur Sepaktakraw Association (AMSTA) during a general body meeting cum election of the executive council members of the association convened today at IMSUC office, Heingang Makha Leikai.
The other members elected in the executive council for the term of four years include Pukhrambam Sunder and Akoijam Prem as vice presidents; Chingangbam Geskant as the general secretary; Khangembam Jotin and Soibam Nandita as the joint secretaries; Pangambam Ranjit as the treasurer; Elangbam Janaranjan, Khangembam Pradipkumar, Ngangom Paris, and Ngathem Ratana Chanu as the executive members. Thokchom Mangichan and Thoudam Memi were also elected as athlete commission members, as per a press release issued by the AMSTA in this regard.
