IMPHAL, Dec 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted three success stories of Manipur in today’s episode of Mann Ki Baat.
The Prime Minister talk-ed about Moirangthem Seth of Bishnupur district for his efforts to achieve renewable energy through solar power.
Narendra Modi mentioned about the efforts of Margaret Ramtharsiem from Churachandpur district for her efforts in handicrafts.
The Prime Minister also highlighted Chokhone Kricheina J’s (Senapati district) achievements in the field of floriculture and allied activities, according to a press release issued by BJP MLA Y Khemchand.
The MLA has also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for recognizing the hard works of the peace-loving people of Manipur.
He also expressed hope that the Prime Minister will continue to help the State in its quest for peace and progress.
On the other hand, many MLAs and BJP Manipur Pradesh president A Sharda listened to today's episode of Mann Ki Baat at the residence of MLA Thongam Biswajit at Ningthomthong.
MLAs Kh Joykisan, Dr Y Radheshyam, H Dingo, Sa-pam Kunjakeswar, Karam Shyam, Thangjam Arunku-mar, Md Ashab Uddin, Kh Ibomcha and BJP Manipur Pradesh president A Sharda gathered at the residence of Th Biswajit and listened to the Mann Ki Baat jointly.
