Senapati, Dec 3: A solemn wreath laying ceremony was conducted at Assam Rifles War Memorial in Maram on 03 December, 2025 to honour the supreme sacrifice of Rifleman (GD) (Late) Bhagwan, who laid down his life while fighting insurgents at Nginu in Arunachal Pradesh on 03 December, 2016.
Wreaths were laid on behalf of all ranks of the Assam Rifles as a mark of respect and remembrance for the fallen soldier. A one minute silence was also observed during the ceremony to pay tribute to his bravery and dedication.
