3rd Premier League : AIM beat IYFC 1-0 for 7th win

IMPHAL, Dec 3 : Anouba Imagi Mangal (AIM), Khabam won 1-0 against Imphal Youth Football Club (IYFC) for the 7th win in the 3rd Premier League today at SSC ground, Sekta.
The lone goal that earned AIM all three points was scored by Moirangthem Basanta in the 22nd minute.
With the win, AIM climbed to second spot on 22 points in 10 matches behind SSU, who have amassed 28 points off 9 wins and a draw.
Earlier in the day, Sang-gai Heroes (SGH) thumped ASUFII FA, Mao by 2-0 goals for the third win in 10 matches. Chanambam Mangal opened the scoring for SGH in the 25th minute before Konthoujam Donel came off the bench after the lemon break to score the decisive goal in the 66th minute.
