Chitreshwor wins double gold at 9th Asian Armwrestling Cup

IMPHAL, Dec 8 : L Chitreshwor made India and Manipur proud as he won two gold medals at the 9th Asian Armwrestling Cup and 8th Asian Para Armwrestling Cup 2025 hosted by UAE.
In the championship being underway at Ajman city in UAE since December 4, Chitreshwor of Manipur Armwrestling Association bagged India gold medals in both the right and left hand events for Masters’ 70 kg category yesterday.
He will land in India on December 10, said Manipur Armwrestling Association in a press release while congratulating the State athlete.
