This is called unconquerable spirit, tenacity, perseverance and holding the head high amidst all possible adversaries reminding all of the adage "When the going gets Tough, the Tough gets going"!
So for the common Haitians, the victory over Nicaragua leading to the final rounds of the 2026 World Cup has arrived as more than just a win. Rather as a hope and inspiration to fight unitedly at a time when the country faces so many challenges on all fronts!
