Ponies stolen?

IMPHAL, Jan 18: About 50 ponies are suspected to have been stolen between October 2025 and January 18, 2026, said the Manipuri Pony & Polo Players' Welfare Association in a statement. There is strong suspicion that 40-50 ponies have been stolen amid efforts to protect and promote ponies, said the association's statement, urging authorities concerned to look into the matter.
The association, however, did not specify from where the ponies were suspected to be stolen from.
