U-19 women's football : MUFA crush UPSA 13-1, MPSC thrash Khuman FA 9-0

IMPHAL, Jan 29: Even as Manipur United FA crushed United Pukhao Sports Association (UPSA) 13-1, Manipur Police Sports Club (MPSC) thrashed Khuman FA 9-0 in today's matches of the U-19 Women's Football Tournament 2025-26.
In the first match of the day at Artificial Turf Ground Lamlong Thongkhong, Malemnganbi Naorem scored a massive 8 goals for Manipur United FA to beat United Pukhao Sports Association (UPSA) 13-1.
Malemnganbi scored her goals in the match's 26th, 37th, 39th, 46th, 63rd, 74th, 80th and 90th minute.
Chandam Anjali Devi scored the first goal of the match for UPSA in the 11th minute.
UPSA's 1-0 lead, however, lived short, as Thoudam Malemnganbi equalized it in the 12th minute.
She scored her second goal of the match later in the match's 88th minute.
Sayani Chakraborty also scored two goals for Manipur United FA in the match's 82nd and 84th minute.
Khundongbam Linthoi Devi scored one for the team in the 43rd minute.
The second match of the day at the same ground saw Manipur Police Sports Club (MPSC) dominating Khuman FA with 9 goals to nil.
Oinam Olivia Chanu, Ningombam Chanchan and Salam Pramodini Chanu scored doubles for MPSC.
Oinam Olivia scored her double in the match's 45+1 and 69th minute.
Ningombam Chanchan Chanu scored her two goals in the 39th and 51st minute.
Salam Pramodini Chanu scored her double in the 2nd and 36th minute.
Kshetrimayum Naocha Devi, Chingtham Rita Devi and Yambem Shina Devi scored one each in the 51st, 70th and 27th minute respectively.
Ten teams divided into two groups are competing in the tournament.
Group A: KRYPHSA Naoremthong, UPSA Pukhao, Khuman FC Laipham Khunou, MPSC Police HQ and MUFA Tera
Group B: ICSA Irengbam, YWC(TH) Thambalkhong, YWC (L) Langthabal, ESU Palace Compound and FC Imphal Kwakeithel
