Drivers' Day

IMPHAL, Jan 7 : The Joint Coordinating Committee for the 37th Driver's Day Observation, 2026, has announced today that commercial drivers will not operate on January 14 in observance of Drivers' Day.
The Committee appealed to all concerned to refrain from organising music concerts or any other festivities on the day and participate in paying tribute to deceased drivers and second drivers.
Maimom Anil, convenor of the Organising Committee, said that the Drivers' Day will be held at ISBT at Khuman Lampak.
