USA hammer XI-Star SU 6-0 as Rahee UC edge NACO 3-2

IMPHAL, Jan 7 : USA, Khurai posted a comprehensive 6-0 win over XI-Star SU, Akampat as Rahee UC edged past NACO, Nambul Mapal by 3-2 goals in today’s matches of the 18th Manipur State League.
USA, who beat Rahee UC by 2-1 goals for the first win, rode on a treble from Ashangbam Bhaskar (27’, 40’, 74’) to seal the huge win as Soubam Loyangamba (16’), Thoudam Pravash (44’), and Keisham Dingkal (49’) chipped in a goal apiece at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.
Later in the 15th match, Julian Keishing scored twice (25’, 59’) and Thanwor Vasha (66’) added one to set up the 3-2 win over Rahee UC after NACO enjoyed a 2-1 first half lead courtesy of goals from Thoudam Umeshkumar (16’) and Pebam Ronendro Pebiya (45+1’).
