MOIRANG, Jan 9: A special reception ceremony was held on Thursday to honour the artistes of the Thangjing Art and Cultural Academy, Moirang, who won various awards at the "32nd Akhil Bharatiya Bahubhashiya Laghu Natak Awang Sangskritik Pratiyogita-2025" held from December 26 to 30, 2025 at Dehri-Dalmianagar Rohtas, Bihar, organised by the Abhinav Kala Sangam.
The reception programme took place at the Moirang Mairembam Leikai College Gate Community Hall and was organised by the Keke Theatre and Cultural Academy, Moirang.
The ceremony was attended by Sangeet Kala International awardee Akoijam Sobhachandra Singh; Pena singer Hemam Bira Singh; and The Thangjing Art and Cultural Academy, Moirang, secretary and International awardee Mairembam Prome Devi as presidium members.
During the event, the artistes of the Academy who participated in the competition were felicitated and presented with gifts by the organisers as a token of appreciation and encouragement for their achievements.
