Exam wishes pour in

IMPHAL, Feb 16 : With the Class XII Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) 2026 set to begin from February 17, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand has led State legislators in extending best wishes to all students appearing for this important examination.
In his message, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand said students should sit for exams with a happy and stress-free disposition, like an "exam warrior" and not an "exam worrier", as expressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Though hardwork and good preparations are needed to score good marks, he urged students to compete only with one's own self and not against anyone else.
Highlighting the need for parents and teachers to guide and support young people, he said they should avoid putting undue pressure on them.
"Our young students must not be over-anxious but instead take the examination with a calm mind", said the Chief Minister.
Wishing the students good health, focus and success, Thanga AC MLA T Robindro urged them to approach each paper with confidence, clarity and a calm mind.
"May you perform with excellence and achieve results that open new avenues for your future", said the MLA.
Expressing belief in the students' potential, Nambol AC MLA Th Basanta Kumar Singh encouraged them to give their best with honesty and determination in the Class X Board examination and Class XI and XII COHSEM examinations.
He also advised them to remember that success comes to those who prepare with dedication and face challenges with courage.
MP Bimol Akoijam too greeted the students, and wished for the exam to bring out the best in them.
