MSL : Milan FA, FC Kumbi cap campaign with slender 1-0 wins; YOSC hold Rahee UC

IMPHAL, Feb 20 : Milan FA and FC Kumbi ended their Group B campaign in the 18th Manipur State League 2025-26 on winning notes as YOSC fought back to hold Rahee UC to a 1-1 draw.
Milan FA beat Imphal FA 1-0 today for their only win in 7 matches that included two draws thanks to a 28th minute strike from Loitongbam Nivash.
Later in the second match, FC Kumbi rode on Sorokhaibam Robert’s 43rd minute strike to beat UPAA, Kyamgei 1-0 and end their league campaign with 3 wins and a draw.
Notably, NMFA emerged the table toppers on 19 points finishing the league round unbeaten (6 wins and 1 draw) as SDC, Samurou finished second with 16 points from 5 wins and a draw.
In a Group A match staged in the third ground, YOSC, Khurai fought back from a goal down to hold Rahee UC to a 1-1 draw.
Puiringshang Khodang put Rahee UC up front in the 41st minute before Amom Ruben who subbed in for Thangjam Lanchenba after 77 minutes scored within a minute to level the margin.
With neither team able to find the lead in the remainder of the game, the two sides ended up sharing the spoils.
