Papa, Papa, I am home,
From the school where I did attend
With my sisters and brothers
Laughing and playing loudly.
Full of mischief, full of fun!
I jump into the Nambul river.
It is not as clean as it may seem.
The water tastes very bad,

It makes my tummy hurt and sad.
So I may not be able to attend school
Tomorrow by breaking
Health and safety rules.
This is the prize that I get today,
For splashing into the dirty stream.
Papa, papa, hear my saying:
I will be more careful from today onwards.
