3 days State mourning

IMPHAL, Feb 21: The State Government has announced three days of State mourning (February 22 to 24) as a mark of respect to the late. An order to this effect was issued by Deputy Secretary of GAD Thokchom Bedajit.
The National flag will be flown at half mast on these days throughout the State and there will be no official entertainment on the days of the State mourning, it added.
