FC Kumbi lift Loktak Trophy 2026

IMPHAL, Feb 22 : FC Kumbi were crowned the champions of the 16th Loktak Trophy-2026 organized by the All Moirang Football Association under the sponsorship of NHPC, Loktak Power Station.
FC Kumbi defeated Utlou FC by a solitary goal in the final staged today at Moirang Multipurpose Hr Sec School ground to seal the title trophy.
The lone goal that settled the match was scored by Taibangnganba in the 10th minute of the match.
Winners FC Kumbi were feted with a cash prize of Rs 60,000 as runners up Utlou FC received a cash prize of Rs 40,000.
Fair play team- RFCC, Keinou were also feted during the closing function of the 6-team tournament alongside FC Kumbi’s Amar and Taibangnganba, who were named best goalkeeper and highest scorer, and O Roshan, who was named best player.
