16 teams in fray for Major Dr Jyotin Memorial Football Tournament 2026

IMPHAL, Feb 23 : The Major Dr Jyotin Singh, Ashok Chakra (P) Memorial Football Tournament-2026 is all set to commence on February 25 with a strong participation of 16 teams.
Loktak FC, NCYWO, Sang-gai Heroes, Sainik FC, ESU, KNK, FC Kumbi, Milan FA, Mayang Imphal United FC, Elite FA, Ishok FC, TRUGPU, Utlou FC, TYDA, MPSC and RFCC will be competing in the tournament organised in the single elimination format.
Loktak FC will play Sang-gai Heroes in the opening match on February 25 from 9.45 am before NCYWO play Sainik FC in the second match from 11.45 am and ESU play FC Kumbi from 2 pm.
