those connected to Bharat’s heritage. The statement “Every person living in Bharat is a Hindu” is thus presented not as a sectarian definition, but as an expression of shared ancestry, cultural unity, and national identity.
Over the past hundred years, the RSS has played a constructive role during national crises—whether natural disasters, social upheavals, or challenges to national unity. Inspired by the ideals of Seva Parmo Dharma (Service is the highest duty) and Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The world is one family), swayamsevaks have worked to serve even the most marginalized sections of society.
The Hindu Samelan also reaffirms the Bharatiya worldview that regards diversity as a source of strength rather than division. Bharat’s civilizational consciousness, shaped by spiritual wisdom and ethical conduct, emphasizes coexistence, mutual respect, and collective well- being. At a time when the world faces social fragmentation, environmental crises, and moral challenges, these values have become even more relevant.
In its centenary year (2025–2026), the RSS has presented before society the vision of “Pancha Parivartan” — five key transformations related to environmental protection, self- reliance, family values, social harmony, and civic responsibility. The Hindu Samelan serves as an effective medium to communicate these principles widely and inspire their adoption in daily life.
In the present time, Hindu society faces numerous social, cultural, and ideological challenges. Organizing Hindu Samelans at the locality levels is therefore an effective way to unite, awaken, and organize society. It is not merely an event, but a meaningful effort to provide direction and create a positive social environment.
The primary objective of these conferences is to build permanent and structured teams in every section of society that actively participate in social work. Committees formed at the locality levels will further strengthen unity and coordination among responsible and socially committed leadership within society.
‘Hindu jage to vishwa jagega
Manava ka vishwasa jagega
Bhed bhavana tamasa Hatega
Samarasata amart barasegaa’
If the Hindu awakens, the world will wake up, and human trust will rise. The darkness of discrimination and ignorance will vanish, and the nectar of social harmony will shower down.
