PREPAK refutes

IMPHAL, Feb 28: The proscribed PREPAK has refuted any connection whatsoever with Nahakpam Sibananda alias Amuthoi Singh of Phoudel Moirang Palli and Deviya Mongjam of Kwakeithel Nganappithong Mapal. The two were reportedly arrested by police from the Singjamei area on February 25, 2026 on the charge of transacting money on behalf of PREPAK.  However, a press release issued by the outfit’s Publicity Officer, Department of Publicity and Propaganda Mangal Khuman maintained that Nahakpam Sibananda alias Amuthoi Singh and Deviya Mongjam have no connection with PREPAK or its armed wing Red Army in any manner.
