IMPHAL, Mar 1: The Manipuri Students' Federation (MSF) has greeted and called on the youths to celebrate Yaoshang festival in its purest form and refrain from using intoxicants.
The public as well as local clubs and organisations should encourage sports as a part of the festival. The clubs and Meira Paibis should also check use of intoxicants during Thabal Chongba events, MSF said.
The festival should not disturb students appearing in Class X and XII, it added.
