39th State Aquatics Championship 2026 Manipur Swimming Association lines up aquatics competitions

IMPHAL, Mar 17 : The Manipur Swimming Association (MSA) has announced that the Swimming competition for Senior, Diving for Sub-Junior, and Water Polo for Junior athletes will be conducted on April 25 at Khuman Lampak Aquatics Complex.
The competitions are part of the 39th State Aquatics Championship 2026 to be formally held from June 5 to 6, 2026, said the Manipur Swimming Association in a circular.
The championship will serve as a trial selection for swimmers, divers and water polo players who will represent Manipur in 6 National aquatics championships to be hosted across India in different schedules.
The National championships include the 79th Senior National Aquatics Championship 2026 (Swimming) to be held at Ahmedabad from June 16 to 21; 42nd Sub-Junior National Aquatics Championship 2026 (Diving) scheduled to be held from June 24 to 28; 52nd Junior National Aquatic Championship 2026 (Diving and Water Polo) scheduled to be held from June 24 to 28; 79th Senior National Aquatic Championship (Water Polo and Diving) due to be held from August 8 to 14; 42nd Sub-Junior National Aquatics Championship 2026 (Swimming) to be held in Bhubaneswar from August 17 to 23; and 52nd Junior National Aquatics Championship to be held from August 18 to 23 in Bhubaneswar.
 Athletes intending to compete in the State and National championships should have valid ID of both the MSA and Swimming Federation of India (SFI). Fresh registration with the SFI can be done till March 25 while the last date of registration renewal is March 30, the MSA circular read.
