Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated

Imphal, Mar 22 : An Eid-ul-Fitr celebration was held at the Kshetri Bengoon residence of Md Amin Shah, the former MLA of Kshetrigao Assembly Constituency and vice president of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) on Saturday.
The celebration was attended by people from the Meitei, Kabui, and Meitei Pangal communities, who all shared a communal feast.
During the event, Md Amin Shah expressed his hope that Eid-ul-Fitr would further strengthen the bond of love and unity among the diverse communities that have coexisted peacefully in the constituency for many years.
He noted that people from all communities in the constituency traditionally participate in each other’s festivals, such as Yaoshang, Cheiraoba, Gaan Ngai, and Christmas.
Md Amin Shah urged all communities residing in Manipur to stand united against those attempting to create division and challenge the State’s integrity.
Several other MPCC officials also attended the function.
