INBA, FESOK install new leaders

Imphal, Mar 23 : The Federal Students’ Organisation, Kangleipak (FESOK) held a swearing-in ceremony for its new 2026-2028 term office bearers on March 21 at the Lainingthou Sanamahi Sanglen in Haying Khongbal Uphong Yumfam.
Former AMWJU president, Wangkhemcha Shyamjai, administered the oath of office to 30 individuals who will serve in the FESOK head office.
During the ceremony, FESOK president Kanghujam Amarjit delivered a speech outlining the organisation’s future plans.
He affirmed that FESOK will continue its ongoing awareness programmes related to education and the challenges faced by students.
He also announced the launch of a new health program titled "Haksel Kanglon", which will be implemented at the high school, higher secondary, and college levels.
In a related development, the Imphal Naga Business Association (INBA) has announced the appointment of Julia Shinglai as its new president.
The appointment recognises her commitment, integrity, and contributions to local business welfare, and the association is confident she will drive unity, progress, and protect member interests.
INBA has called on all members and stakeholders to extend full support to Shinglai’s leadership.
