4 State athletes to compete at Senior Kurash Nationals

IMPHAL, Mar 24 : Four State athletes will be competing at the 15th Senior National Kurash Championships to be held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh from March 27 to 29.
As per a press release of the Kurash Association of Manipur (KUAM), Salam Anilkumar (-60 kg), Thangjam Ningthemcha (-81 kg) and Ningthoujam John (-90 kg) will be competing in men’s championship while Laishram Roshni (-70 kg) is the lone woman athlete from the State selected to participate in the championships.
Soibam Ranbir will be leading the athletes as coach cum manager. The team will leave Imphal on March 26.
