3 promoted

IMPHAL, Mar 24: Three cadres of the Red Army, PREPAK have been given promotions. According to an order issued by Chief of Army Staff, Red Army, PREPAK,  N Romi Meitei, Sergeant Hallakpa has been promoted to Sergeant Major, Private Wangbrel to Lance Corporal and Private Kiran to Lance Corporal.
