Awareness programme on CMHT, PMJAY held at Thoubal

THOUBAL, Mar 25: A one-day awareness programme on the Chief Minister Gi Hakshel Tengbang (CMHT) Scheme and Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) was conducted today at Lamding Higher Secondary School Relief Camp in Thoubal district.
The programme was organised by the State Health Agency under the Directorate of Health Services, in collaboration with the District Implementation Unit, CMHT/PMJAY, Thoubal.
Officials present in the programme included IEC Manager of the State Health Agency and State Nodal Cell, Rinsophy Chamoy; IT Manager, Irengbam Michael; Finance Manager, Ningthoujam Premjit; and District Co-ordinator of Thoubal district PMJAY/CMHT, Haobam Sankha.
During the session, the resource persons highlighted the benefits of CMHT and PMJAY, explaining eligibility criteria, procedures for enrolment, and the process for obtaining health cards. They also guided attendees on where and how to avail the benefits under the schemes.
The awareness programme was attended by internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Moreh currently residing at the relief camp.
