District Olympic Assn Thoubal inaugurates new office

Thoubal, Mar 25 : District Olympic Association, Thoubal (DOA) unveiled its new office today at the Multipurpose Indoor Stadium located at Thoubal Kshetrileikai in a solemn function.
The office was formally opened by Director of Youth Affairs & Sports, Manipur Dr M Veto, who attended the event as chief guest. District Youth Affairs & Sports Officer, Thoubal Deven Moirangthem also attended the event as guest of honour.
Speaking at the event, Dr M Veto lauded the initiatives of the District Olympic Association Thoubal in grooming and producing remarkable players in the district and called upon the association to keep up the good work.
He also stressed on recognising the invaluable contributions made by the former association members and urged the former members to continue extending helping hands to the current members and take the association to new heights.
