I-League 2 NEROCA FC kickstart home campaign with 1-1 draw

IMPHAL, Mar 28 : NEROCA FC fought back from a goal down to salvage a 1-1 draw with Sudeva Delhi FC as they  kick-started their home campaign in the I-League 2 at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium this afternoon.
Neeraj Bhandhari opened the scoring for Sudeva Delhi FC in the 18th minute but the home team fought valiantly in the second half to draw level through Phijam Sanathoi Meetei in the 61st minute.
The two sides remained neck and neck till the final despite sharing a fair share of opportunities to add to their tally and make difference in the remainder of the game.
