Churachandpur Medical College-Imphal Branch Sports Meet commences

IMPHAL, Mar 30 : The Sports Meet of Churachandpur Medical College- Imphal Branch kicked off today at Manipur University Sports Complex with traditional pomp and fair.
The sports meet was inaugurated by Professor Ch Arun Kumar, Dean Academy, Churachandpur Medical College in the presence of other Medical Officers, students and other faculty members.
Approximately 400 medical students will compete in the four-day long meet that features 21 sports disciplines as well as literary and cultural events including recitation, extempore speech, debate, quiz, song, dance and drama.
Similar sporting and literary meet is also underway at the Churachandpur Medical College in Churachandpur district, a statement of Churachandpur Medical College- Imphal Branch said.
