Pop-City 2026 from March 27

IMPHAL, Mar 9 : Manipur’s pioneering cultural extravaganza, “POP-CITY 2026”, is set to make its debut from March 27-29, 2026, at YAC Range, Yaiskul, promoting communal harmony and economic growth. Organised by The Rise-Up Foundation, Outstanding Signage, Wari Cafe, and Noble way of life, the festival is designed as a progressive movement to heal and foster the indomitable spirit of a people who refuse to be defined by conflict, said the organisers.
