Curfew relaxed from 5 am to 3 pm

IMPHAL, Apr 11 : Curfew being imposed in Imphal East, Imphal West, Thoubal, Kakching and Bishnupur has been relaxed from 5 am to 3 pm tomorrow (April 12).
