Man convicted for raping minor

IMPHAL, Apr 13: Special Judge POCSO Imphal West has convicted a 41-year-man for sexually assaulting a minor girl in 2016, and fixed April 15 for sentence hearing to announce the quantum of punishment.
Chongtham Anand alias Taton was convicted under Section 6 of POCSO Act.
The convict raped the minor victim multiple times and was caught in the act in October 2016.
