3rd MNCA U15 Girls One Day Trophy THAU star Marvi Maibam knocks 39 fours, scores 211 runs to humiliate STYCC

IMPHAL, Apr 2: Marvi Maibam knocked as many as 39 fours as she scored a massive 211 runs to help THAU (W) Thangmeiband hand STYCC Sagolband Tera Keithel a humiliating defeat in the 3rd MNCA U15 Girls One Day Trophy 2025-26 at THAU Ground, Thangmeiband today.
Marvi Maibam's knock of 211 runs off 106 balls and Lanchenbi Usham's 102 runs off 77 balls helped THAU (W) amass 377 runs for one wicket in 23 overs.
In reply, TYCC could score only 14 runs, losing all wickets in 9 overs.
Only Chingakham Odiya (5 runs off 13 balls) and Tokpam Manjali (1 run off 5 balls) could score runs for STYCC.
In another match at SEDOC Ground, Kongba Dhobi Lampak, MPA (W) Thounaojam secured a 33-run victory over TCMDC (W) Thongju II Pechu Lampak.
MPA (W) won the toss and opted to bat first to amass 143 runs for 7 wickets in 30 overs.
In their failed chase, TCMDC scored 110 runs for 9 wickets in 30 overs.
For MPA (W) to amass 143 runs, Yumnam Echapamu Devi (28 runs off 38 balls), Lanchenbi (13 runs off 50 balls), Salaingambi Thokchom (11 runs off 30 balls), Shintha (5 runs off 53 balls) and Chanambam Jesika Devi (3 runs off 3 balls) contributed runs.
TCMDC's Ch Priyadasni took 4 runs. Ningthoisana Thoudam, Laishram Geetanjali and Laishram Lanchenbi took one wicket each.
TCMDC's failed chase saw Laishram Lanchenbi scoring 29 runs off 55 balls, Laishram Geetanjali scoring 11 runs off 22 balls, and Thounaojam Chinglembi (5 runs off 36 balls), Tensubam Princy (1 run off 32 balls) and Moirangthem Malemnganbi (1 run off 9 balls) contributing runs.
Yumnam Echapamu took 3 TCMDC wickets, and Pukhrambam Annanya Devi, Laishram Bandana Chanu, Shintha and Chongtham Senorika Devi took one wicket each.
