IMPHAL, May 20 : The 1st edition of Junior Boys and Girls Cash Prize Inter District Kabaddi Tournament-2026 kicked off today at NETA playground, Kangla Sangomshang.
In the boys’ matches staged on the opening day, Imphal East beat Bishnupur by 72-54 points as Imphal West beat Kakching by 55-38 points.
In the girls’ matches, Bishnupur suffered a 21-49 loss to Kakching before Imphal East went down by 30-32 points to Thoubal.
