Y Arnold, M Kaiku seal Mukna titles at RING 2026

IMPHAL, May 22 : Y Arnold and M Kaiku emerged Mukna champions in the Revival of Indigenous Native Games (RING) 2026 hosted by the Manipur Upliftment Centre and National Yuva Cooperative Society.
M Kaiku of Khangabok emerged the 55 kg category champion by defeating S Thouba of Bishnupur in the final today.
Kaiku defeated Kh Daniel of Keibul Lamjao in the round of 16 before defeating M Nanao of Kakching in the quarterfinals and L Bebekraj of Bishnupur in the semis.
Thouba meanwhile reached the final by defeating H Keshorjit of Imphal West in the semis. Y Arnold meanwhile notched up the 55+ to 65 kg category crown by defeating N Somorjit of Mayang Imphal in the title bout today.
Arnold made it to the final by defeating Suraj of Lamjao in the pre-quarterfinals, Lanchenba of Nagamapal in the quarters and Lipson of Mayang Imphal in the semis.
Somorjit meanwhile reached the final by defeating U Sanaton of Wangoo in the Round of 16, Sh Akas of Lairenjam in the quarterfinals, and Swamikumar of Bishnupur in the semis.
