Online Meetei Mayek summer camp begins

IMPHAL, May 23: An Online Meetei Mayek Summer Camp jointly organised by Manipuri in Kolkata (MIK) and MEELAL has been inaugurated. According to MIK, the educational initiative aims to promote and encourage the learning of Meetei Mayek among community members, particularly the younger generation, through online classes and cultural education. Altogether, 50 students enrolled for the programme and attended the first online conducted from 7 pm to 8 pm on the opening day.
