Two from Kpi in RIMS

IMPHAL, May 23: Two persons from different places of Kangpokpi district are currently undergoing treatment at RIMS.
One Seimenthang (45) from a village under Saikul sub-division was brought to RIMS with security escorts at around 6 pm on May 22.
Sources said that Seimenthang was brought to RIMS following a BP stroke.
He is being attended by two women from his family.
One Thanglalmon (22) from Leimakhong was also brought to RIMS on May 21 under security protection, said the sources.
Not long after Y Khemchand was sworn in as the Chief Minister, he announced that people from Churachandpur, Kangpokpi and other hill areas who could not come to Imphal because of the violent crisis would be given protection when they come to the State capital for medical reasons.
