IEDs neutralised

Jiribam, May 24: Acting on specific intelligence inputs, the Indian Army successfully detected and neutralised two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) in the Makhabosti area of Jiribam district today.
Responding swiftly to the intelligence received, troops deployed in the area immediately secured the suspected site to prevent any risk to local residents. An Explosive Detection Dog was employed to confirm the presence of explosive devices, following which a Bomb Disposal team of Red Shield Division conducted a meticulous operation to safely neutralise both IEDs in situ, said sources.
