Blood donation drive conducted

Imphal, Jun 13 : Shija Blood Center & Transfusion Services, in collaboration with the Narcotics and Affairs of Border Police Station (NAB-PS), Manipur, organised a blood donation drive today under the theme “Unity in Veins”.
The event, held in observance of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2026, reflected the spirit of unity, service, and collective responsibility inspired by the vision of Sardar Vallabhai Patel.
As per a release issued by Shija Hospitals, officials and personnel of the Narcotics and Affairs of Border Police Station Manipur voluntarily participated in the drive, contributing towards a life-saving cause and promoting awareness of the importance of blood donation.
Shija Blood Center & Transfusion Services expressed gratitude to the Narcotics and Affairs of Border (NAB) Manipur team for their support and participation.
The programme highlighted the importance of collaboration between healthcare institutions and law enforcement agencies in serving the community and supporting patients in need.
