IMPHAL, Jun 13 : The Majorkhul Mathianmei (women’s society) organised a candlelight vigil and a mass mourning in honour of the six Naga civilians abducted and murdered in the most gruesome and barbarous manner by Kuki narco-terrorists.
The candlelight vigil and mass mourning held this evening at Majorkhul in the heart of Imphal city was followed by a silent prayer.
The gathering condemned the brutal murder, labelling the act as barbaric and a targeted attack on the dignity of the indigenous people of Manipur.
