Rain washes out U-19 Men’s One Day Trophy matches

IMPHAL, Jun 13 : Three matches of the 4th MNCA Men’s U19 One Day Trophy were abandoned due to rain today.
The Group A match between CDCC, Sagolband Salam Leikai and RCA, Lilong scheduled at Khangabok Cherapur Public Ground was abandoned due to unplayable ground conditions. The two sides shared a point apiece following the result.
With the result CDCC ended their league campaign with 2 wins and two abandoned matches. Meanwhile RCA remained unbeaten in four games, having won three of three previous matches.
PCC, Mayai Koibi and CRAU, Khamnam Bazar also shared a point apiece at Model Hr Sec and Oriental College ground.
With the result PCC finished Group B runners up on 7 points behind TRAU who have won all five matches.
The Group C match staged at Khudeiband Lampak, KSDO were 125/2 after 27 overs against RULE when rain played spoilsport and forced the game to be abandoned.
With the result, KSDO ended their league campaign on 4 points from a win and two abandoned matches.
