Life as it floats down

Floating down the stream of time,
Our life keeps moving forward.
As it moves forward, our time future,
Is being swallowed by our time present
And our time present by our time past.
The quota of time future
Gets smaller and smaller,
While the quota of time past
Gets bigger and bigger.
But the quota of time present

Remains constant and fixed.
A repository of dreams is time future;
A repository of experiences is time past;
A repository of current reality is time present
Happiest is the person who with guidance
From the experiences of his time past
Lets the liquid dreams of his time future
Solidify into hard present reality
As time present swallows time future.
