NAPSA, KSDO in Hijam Mema Devi Memorial T-20 Veteran Cricket Tournament semis

IMPHAL, Jun 19 : NAPSA, Kha Imphal and KSDO, Kyamgei are into the semi-finals of the 3rd Khomdram Ongbi Hijam Mema Memorial T20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2026.
NAPSA reached the semi-finals with a commanding 9-wicket win over REYS, Nagamapal in the first quarterfinal this morning.
NAPSA chose wisely to field first and dismantled  REYS for 66 runs in 17 overs thanks to impeccable bowling performance from Doren (4/10) before Premananda 37 not out off 30 balls and Bhogendra 7 not out off 10 balls combined well to take NAPSA to 67/1 in 11.1 overs.
Doren was eventually adjudged man of the match.
Later in the second quarterfinal match, KSDO were bundled out for 95 runs in 16.5 overs by toss winners CHAMP, Khagempali but the latter team ended up scoring 74 runs for 9 wickets in the allotted 17 overs to suffer a 21-run loss.
John (4/14) and Ajitkumar (3/20) shone with the ball for CHAMP earlier in the first innings before Akbar (4/13) and Himat (3/14) of KSDO overhauled their performances.
