Mema Memorial T20 Cricket : TCMDC, YWC through to semis

IMPHAL, Jun 20 : TCMDC, Thongju and YWC, Langthabal are into the semi-finals of the 3rd Khomdram Ongbi Hijam Mema Devi Memorial T20 Manipur Veteran Cricket Tournament 2026.
TCMDC set up a semi-final date with NAPSA, Kha Imphal by defeating YAC, Yaiskul by 7 wickets today at Langthabal Public Ground.
TCMDC bowled out toss winners YAC for 97 runs in 19.5 overs riding on Krishna (4/11), Jiten (23/19), and Brajakumar (2/10) before Bijesh anchored with an unbeaten 45 to take TCMDC to 98/3 in 16.5 overs.
Tendehar 18, Chitranjan 16 and Ambison 16 led the scoring for YAC in the first innings before Chitranjan picked two wickets (2/22).
Krishna, who added 11 runs to the TCMDC’s tally and picked four wickets, was named man of the match.
Later in the fourth quarterfinal match, YWC beat BSC-A by 22 runs to set up a semi-final date with KSDO, Kyamgei. YWC raised a modest total of 122 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs thanks to sensible knocks from Prakashmani (41) and Gojendro (31) before Prakashmani (2/25) and Tejkumar (2/13) led the frugal bowling attack and restricted BSC-A to 100/8 in reply.
For BSC-A, Gopal, Robert, Thomas and Rakesh picked a wicket apiece before Robert remained unbeaten on 23 off 30 balls.
Prakashmani, who produced an all-round heroics, was named man of the match.
