Art Award

IMPHAL, Jun 20: The 7th Governor’s Art Award has been conferred on Yendrembam Ibochouba Singh in recognition of his contribution in the field of fine arts. Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla presented the award to Yendrembam Ibochouba Singh at a solemn function held at the Cabinet Hall of Chief Minister’s Office, Minister’s Block, Mantripukhri today. The Governor reviewed paintings of the awardee before presenting the award. Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh, Art & Culture Minister Kh Loken Singh, the Chief Secretary and other senior officers attended the function, according to a press release issued by the Governor’s Secretariat.
