There are many ways through which one can come out of the tobacco addiction problem. Many natural means such as bubble gums, eating gooseberry, drinking enough water etc., detoxify as well as reduce the urge to consume tobacco. Herbs such as cayenne pepper, Ginseng etc., reduce the secretion of dopamine and hence reduce the tobacco addiction. Moreover, there are many forms of meditation including nicotine therapy and prescribed medicines. Also, in the age of technology, there are many mobile phone apps such as Smoke Free and Quitnow, which offer digital means to minimize tobacco consumption.
It is high time to create awareness about the negative impacts of smoking and to safeguard all smokers or tobacco users before it is too late. Be aware of your own self and be aware of the surroundings before it is too late.
