IMPHAL, Jun 26: A Cabinet meeting held this evening with Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand has approved the draft “Manipur Right to Business and Investment Facilitation Ordinance 2026” and promulgation of the same through an ordinance under Article 213 of the Constitution of India.
