Traffic jams at traffic points

Sir,
I wish to draw the attention of the Traffic Police and concerned authorities to the recurring congestion at traffic points such as Khuyathong, Singjamei, and Keisampat.
A common problem is that vehicles waiting to turn right frequently spill into the left lane while trying to overtake one another to get ahead. This blocks vehicles intending to go straight or turn left, causing unnecessary delays and traffic jams. A simple step would be to install traffic cones connected by ropes or flexible lane dividers before these intersections. This would guide vehicles into proper queues and keep the left lane clear for through traffic. Such a measure would improve traffic flow without requiring major infrastructure changes.
I hope the authorities consider this practical suggestion.
Yours faithfully,
Th. Malemnganba, Thangmeiband College Gate.
